We are looking for someone who eats sleeps and breathes social. Someone with a proven track record in social strategy, engagement, and working with influencers. What we are not looking for is someone who has only done social on a personal level, this position requires a deep understanding of branding and the ability to help guide the client down the right path.

Job Responsibilities

Create and execute on social media strategies for clients that engage followers and strengthen their brand.
Manage, track, and report on social interactions and growth
Collaborate with our creative department to produce original content worthy of being talked about
Ability to track and report on campaign effectiveness to account managers
Sit in on client meetings to pitch campaigns to new and existing clients.
Ability to research and discover a clients social potential

Requirements

4yrs+ experience with Social Media Strategy
Copy writing experience a plus.
Deep understanding of Branding a must
Ability to defend your strategy with stakeholders and team members
Blogging engine knowledge
Highly experienced with all social media channels
Proven ability in social engagement
Working knowledge of social paid advertising systems
Strong social research
Experience with marketing automation a big plus.
